You asked, we answered!

Available in your admin tools right now is an expanded search functionality that brings more DAM (digital asset manager) capabilities into ePublishing.

This major upgrade to your internal search capability allows editors, art directors and marketers to more easily resurface or leverage past photos, videos, podcasts, PDF’s and other graphic and digital files. With this new capability you can more easily use taxonomy to connect those files with appropriate articles and more.

Your Keywords now search against ID, Display Title, and Description. We also added all three branches of the taxonomy as search criteria! You can select as many taxonomies as you’d like, across all three branches. You can even leave the keyword blank if you want to return all media files that have been tagged with the taxonomy you select.

If you have any questions, please ask your Project Manager for assistance or check out the ePublishing Knowledgebase.
